Lydia HAFERBURG is a coach and trainer. Within the Selfarmonia team, she works in the field of Corporate Health and Safety Management. She runs measure-made prevention programmes, meant to accompany the company’s Health & Safety Officer as well as the employees. The programmes include the initial diagnostic as well as the final action plan, on the organizational as well as individual levels.

During her work as an International Project Director in EMEA and South Asia in the trade-faire sector, she was able to recognize the importance of work-life balance as an important factor of asustainable human performance.
She is specialized in the human factors/behavioural approach, in Health and Safety at Work, in Burn Out Prevention as well as in Intercultural Management.
She has worked for the Valeo International Group, Hutchinson International Group, Swiss Consulting Company Bern, EADS France and Germany.
